Common use of Incorporation of Tax and Non-Arbitrage Certificate Clause in Contracts

Incorporation of Tax and Non-Arbitrage Certificate. Lessee hereby makes each of the representations, warranties and covenants contained in the Tax and Non-Arbitrage Certificate delivered with respect to the Bond. By this reference each such Tax and Non- Arbitrage Certificate is incorporated in and made a part of this Lease Agreement.
