Incorporation of Trust Agreement. The Trust Agreement is hereby incorporated into this Agreement and made a part hereof by this reference; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that in the event of any conflict between the terms of the Trust Agreement and this Agreement, the terms of the Trust Agreement will control and govern.
