Incorporation of Warranty Agreement. The Warranty Agreement and its successors shall be deemed incorporated herein. Except as provided in section C15.9 and C15.10 below relating to Licensed Software Warranties, all terms and conditions, including but not limited to Normal Warranty and Systemic Defect specified in the Warranty Agreement shall apply to all PSAs under this Part C of the MPA.
