Incorrect Information. The insurance requires correct information. If you provide incorrect information or conceal information when the insurance policy is created or later, the right to cover may lapse in whole or in part.

Incorrect Information. In the event any of the information provided to COST CUTTERS by the FRANCHISEE pursuant to this Article is incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete, then the FRANCHISEE will pay for all costs and expenses incurred by COST CUTTERS in revising the store layouts and plans prepared by COST CUTTERS for the Franchised Location.
Incorrect Information. As the Landlord you are required to provide correct information to us about you and the Property at all times. Should any information you provide to us be incorrect and this causes loss or legal proceedings, you agree by signing this agreement to be held liable for all costs involved as well as compensating the Agent for any losses suffered. This also includes the Landlord confirming that he/she/they are sole or joint owner of the Property and has the right to Let the Property, as well as confirmation as to whether they are a UK or Overseas Landlord.

In the event that You provide incorrect information which causes Us to suffer loss and/or causes legal proceedings to be taken, You agree to reimburse and compensate Us for all reasonable losses incurred by Us as a result of Your acts/omissions.
Incorrect Information. You must make sure that the information you provide when setting up a payment order is accurate and correct. If we have processed your order in accordance with the information you have provided to us it will be considered correctly completed even if you have made a mistake. If you provide incorrect information with your payment order, we will use reasonable efforts to recover the funds for you and may levy a fee on you .
