Common use of Incorrect Representations Clause in Contracts

Incorrect Representations. any representation or warranty made by the Borrower or any Subsidiary herein or in any other Loan Document shall prove to have been incorrect or misleading in any respect on and as of the date made and the facts or circumstances which make such representation or warranty incorrect or misleading are not remedied and the representation or warranty in question remains incorrect or misleading more than 30 days after the Administrative Agent notifies the Borrower of the same;

Incorrect Representations. if any representation or warranty made or deemed to be made by the a Borrower or any Material Subsidiary herein or in any other Loan Document shall prove to have been incorrect or misleading in any respect on and as of the date made and the facts or circumstances which make such representation or warranty incorrect or misleading are not remedied and the representation or warranty in question remains incorrect or misleading more than 30 days 20 Banking Days after the Administrative Agent notifies the relevant Borrower of the same;
