Incorrect Representations. If any representation or warranty made or deemed to be made by a Harvest Party in the Documents will prove to have been incorrect when so made or deemed to have been made as herein provided and, if capable of being cured, such default continues for a period of 30 days after notice thereof being given to the Borrower by the Agent.
