Common use of Incorrect Representations Clause in Contracts

Incorrect Representations. Any representation, warranty, certification or other statement of fact made or deemed made by or on behalf of any Group Entity herein or in any other Loan Document or any amendment or modification hereof or thereof or waiver hereunder or thereunder or in any certificate, document, report, financial statement or other document furnished by or on behalf of any Group Entity under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Loan Document, proves to have been incorrect, incomplete or misleading in any material respect on or as of the date made or deemed made.

Any representation, warranty, certification or other statement of fact made or deemed made by or on behalf of any Group Entity Loan Party herein or in any other Loan Document or any amendment or modification hereof or thereof or waiver hereunder or thereunder or in any certificate, document, report, financial statement or other document furnished by or on behalf of any Group Entity Loan Party under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Loan Document, proves to have been incorrect, incomplete or misleading in any material respect on or as of the date made or deemed made.
