Common use of Incorrect use of definitions Clause in Contracts

Incorrect use of definitions. Any error in the text of the Agreement and its Schedules in connection with the use of the defined terms, or failure to use these due to error or omission, or any inconsistency that may result from their improper use, shall be corrected in keeping with the rules of logic and the principles of good faith, and these errors will not invalidate the text or be allowed to distort its interpretation. Schedule 7.1
