INCREASE IN A FUND’S AUTHORIZED STOCK. In the event that a Fund that is a Maryland corporation increases its Shares, the Fund shall file with the Agent a certified copy of the articles supplementary to the Articles of Incorporation of such Fund authorizing the increase of Shares, and shall comply with the requirements of Section 1.17(f) of the Service Specifications in connection with such increase.
