Common use of Increase in Authorized Share Capital Clause in Contracts

Increase in Authorized Share Capital. Each Shareholder agrees to vote all of its Shares from time to time and at all times, in whatever manner shall be necessary to authorize an increase in the authorized share capital of the Company so that there will be sufficient Ordinary Shares available for conversion of all of the then-outstanding Preferred Shares at any time that an adjustment to the relevant conversion price with respect to the Preferred Shares is made under the Articles.
