Increase in Fees. At any time that an Event of Default exists, upon the request of the Required Lenders, the amount of any of the foregoing fees due under subsection (b) shall be increased by adding 2.0% per annum thereto.

Increase in Fees. At any time that an Event of Default exists and is continuing, upon the request of the Required Lenders, the amount of any due and payable Commitment Fees shall be increased by adding two percent (2.00%) per annum thereto; provided that the Default Rate shall apply to such Commitment Fees automatically and without any Required Lender request or consent therefor upon the occurrence of any Event of Default arising under Section 8.1(a) or (f), it being clarified that such Default Rate shall be in lieu of (and not in addition to) the aforementioned two percent (2.00%) increase.
