Increase in Fees. At any time that an Event of Default exists, upon the request of the Required Lenders, the amount of any of the foregoing fees due under subsection (b) shall be increased by adding 2.0% per annum thereto.
Increase in Fees. At any time that an Event of Default exists and is continuing, the Borrowers shall pay interest on any overdue fees due under subsections (a) and (b) at a rate per annum equal to 2.0% plus the rate applicable to Revolving Loans as provided in Section 2.15.
Increase in Fees. During the Primary Term, the rates set forth in Section 5.1 will be increased annually at the beginning of each Contract Year, beginning with the Contract Year commencing in 2010. The rates set forth in Section 5.1 will be increased annually at the beginning of each Contract Year using the Consumer Price Index for all Urban Consumers U.S. City Average, All Items, Not Seasonally Adjusted, as reported by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics for the previous 12-month period for which changes are reported, rounded up to the nearest xxxxx. However, in no event will the annual increase be less than three percent (3%) per year.
Increase in Fees. Notwithstanding Sections 3.1 and 3.2 above, Textron may notify Licensee not more frequently than annually that it seeks to increase the Monthly Rental Fee and/or other fees in light of changes in market conditions. In such event the parties agree to negotiate in good faith with respect to any such increase(s).

At any time an Event of Default pursuant to Section 8.1(a) or Section 8.1(f) occurs or is continuing or at the request of the Required Lenders after an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the amount of any of the foregoing fees due under subsections (a),(b) and (c) shall be increased by adding 2.00% per annum thereto.
Increase in Fees. GovTemp may increase fees to the extent and equal to any mandated tax increases, e.g. FICA, FUTA, State Unemployment taxes when they become effective. GovTemp may also adjust employer benefit contribution amounts by providing the Municipality with a written thirty (30) day notice, provided, such changes in employer benefit contribution amounts apply broadly to all GovTemp employees.
Increase in Fees. At any time that an Event of Default exists and is continuing, upon the request of the Required Lenders, the amount of any due and payable Commitment Fees shall be increased by adding two percent (2.00%) per annum thereto; provided that the Default Rate shall apply to such Commitment Fees automatically and without any Required Lender request or consent therefor upon the occurrence of any Event of Default arising under Section 8.1(a) or (f), it being clarified that such Default Rate shall be in lieu of (and not in addition to) the aforementioned two percent (2.00%) increase.
Increase in Fees. Membership & Participation fees for the year are set by the Committee. Participation fees will not be increased during the period of membership. Participation fees include additional fees for extra practices & Royalty Theatre practices. Other training fees e.g. skills, flex etc. are also set by the committee and will not be increased throughout the period of membership. Costume costs are additional to member’s participation fees and are variable in amounts.

Increase in Fees. If the Agreement continues after the minimum term under clause 3, United Kempo Martial Arts Academy Champion Black Belt Academy will send 30 days written notice to the Customer’s last known address to increase the program and membership fees and the Instalment if the Customer is paying by Direct Debit. If the Customer wishes to terminate this Agreement as a result of the increase in the fees and Instalment, the termination provisions (Clause 5) above will apply. If the Customer does not notify the United Kempo Martial Arts Academy Champion Black Belt Academy of his/her intention to terminate this Agreement within the 30 day period, then this Agreement will remain in force and the increase in the fees and instalment will be deemed to be accepted by the Customer. United Kempo Martial Arts Academy Champion Black Belt Academy do however have a tuition fee guarantee where “No Fee Increases” for the first 3 years of your membership. Only Fee Increases automatically applied would be consumer/sales taxes such as GST or any new taxes introduced will be applied automatically when these taxes are in effect.
