Common use of Increase in Fees Clause in Contracts

Increase in Fees. Notwithstanding Sections 3.1 and 3.2 above, Textron may notify Licensee not more frequently than annually that it seeks to increase the Monthly Rental Fee and/or other fees in light of changes in market conditions. In such event the parties agree to negotiate in good faith with respect to any such increase(s).
