Common use of Increase in Insurance Premiums Clause in Contracts

Increase in Insurance Premiums. If an increase in any insurance premiums paid by Lessor for the building is caused by Lessee's use of the leased premises in a manner other than as set forth in section 1.06, or if Lessee vacates the leased premises and causes an increase in such premiums, then Lessee shall pay as additional rent the amount of such increase to Lessor.

If an increase in any insurance premiums paid by Lessor for the building Building is caused by Lessee's use of the leased premises Leased Premises in a manner other than as set forth in section Section 1.06, or if Lessee vacates the leased premises Leased Premises and causes an increase in such premiums, then Lessee shall pay to Lessor, as additional rent rent, the amount of such increase to Lessor.
