Common use of Increase in Limits Clause in Contracts

Increase in Limits. The Company may, by notice to the Contractor, require that the limits of insurance specified in the Main Agreement be increased and the Contractor will obtain the additional coverage, or in the case of aviation insurance, require that such additional coverage be obtained, and provide to the Company evidence of the additional coverage in accordance with Paragraph 7.3(b).
