Increase in Premiums. Tenant shall do all acts and pay all expenses necessary to ensure that the Premises are not used for purposes prohibited by any applicable fire insurance, and that Tenant’s use of the Premises, Building and Center complies with all requirements necessary to obtain any such insurance. If Tenant uses or permits the Premises, Building or Center to be used in a manner which increases the existing rate of any insurance carried by Landlord on the Center and such use continues for longer than a reasonable period specified in any written notice from Landlord to Tenant identifying the rate increase and the factors causing the same, then Tenant shall pay the amount of the increase in premium caused thereby, and Landlord’s costs of obtaining other replacement insurance policies, including any increase in premium, within ten (10) days after demand therefor by Landlord.
Increase in Premiums. Tenant agrees to pay Landlord, as additional Rent, within thirty (30) days after receipt by Tenant of Landlord's billing therefor, any increase in premiums for insurance policies which may be carried by Landlord on the Leased Premises, Building or Complex resulting from any negligent or intentional act or omission of Tenant or any of its contractors, partners, officers, employees or agents.

If Tenant uses or permits the Buildings or the Property to be used in a manner which increases the existing rate of any insurance carried by Landlord on the Center, then Tenant shall pay the amount of the increase in premium caused thereby, and Landlord’s costs of obtaining other replacement insurance policies, including any increase in premium, within ten (10) days after demand therefor by Landlord.
Increase in Premiums. If insurance premiums payable by Landlord or any other tenant are increased as a result of any breach of Tenant's obligations under this Lease or as a result of Tenant's use and occupancy of the Premises, Tenant shall pay to Landlord an amount equal to any increase in such insurance premiums.
Increase in Premiums. Tenant shall not permit any operation or activity to be conducted, or storage or use of any volatile or any other materials, on or about the Demised Premises that would cause suspension or cancellation of any fire and extended coverage insurance policy carried by Landlord, or increase the premiums therefor, without the prior written consent of Landlord. If Tenant's use and occupancy of the Demised Premises causes an increase in the premiums for any fire and extended coverage insurance policy carried by Landlord, Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as additional rental, the amount of the increase within ten days after demand and presentation by Landlord of written evidence of the increase.

Tenant shall not permit any operation or activity to be conducted or storage or use of any volatile or any other materials on or about the Demised Premises that would cause suspension or cancellation of any fire and extended coverage insurance policy carried by Landlord, or increase the premiums therefor, without the prior written consent of Landlord. If Tenant's use and occupancy of the Demised Premises causes an increase in the premiums for any fire and extended coverage insurance policy carried by Landlord as of the day immediately prior to Tenant's possession of the Demised Premises under this Lease, Tenant shall pay, as additional rental, the amount of such increase to Landlord upon demand and presentation of written evidence of the increase by Landlord.
Increase in Premiums. Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord, as Additional Rent and not as part of Operating Costs, any increase in premiums on policies which may be carried by Landlord on the Premises, the Building or the Complex, or any blanket policies which include the Building or Complex, covering damage thereto and loss of Rent caused by fire and other perils resulting from the nature of Tenant’s occupancy or any act or omission of Tenant. These payments are in addition to any insurance payments under Exhibit E.

If Tenant uses or permits the Property to be used in a manner which increases the existing rate of any insurance carried by Landlord on the Property and such use continues for longer than a reasonable period specified in any written notice from Landlord to Tenant identifying the rate increase and the factors causing the same, then Tenant shall pay the amount of the increase in premium caused thereby, and Landlord’s costs of obtaining other replacement insurance policies, including any increase in premium, within ten (10) days after demand therefor by Landlord.
Increase in Premiums. Tenant shall not do, permit or suffer to be done any act, matter, thing or failure to act in respect of the Premises, or use or occupy the Premises or conduct or operate Tenant's business in any manner objectionable to insurance companies whereby the fire insurance or any other insurance now in force or hereafter to be placed on the Premises or any part thereof shall become void or suspended, or whereby any premiums in respect of insurance maintained by Landlord shall be higher than those which would normally have been in effect for the occupancy contemplated under the specified permitted use. In case of a breach of this covenant, in addition to all other rights and remedies of Landlord hereunder, Tenant shall (a) indemnify and hold harmless Landlord from and against any loss which would have been covered by insurance which shall become void or suspended because of such breach by Tenant and (b) pay to Landlord any and all increases of premiums on any insurance, including, without limitation, rent insurance, resulting from any such breach.
