Common use of Increase in Project’s Property Insurance Clause in Contracts

Increase in Project’s Property Insurance. Tenant shall pay for any increase in the premiums for the property insurance of the Project if said increase is caused by Tenant’s acts, omissions, use or occupancy of the Premises.
