Increase or Decrease in Aggregate Ownership Limit. (a) Subject to ‎Section 12.2.(a), the Manager may from time to time increase or decrease the Aggregate Ownership Limit; provided, however, that any decreased Aggregate Ownership Limit will not be effective for any Person whose percentage ownership in Shares is in excess of such decreased Aggregate Ownership Limit until such time as such Person’s percentage of Shares equals or falls below the decreased Aggregate Ownership Limit, but any further acquisition of Shares in excess of such percentage ownership of Shares will be in violation of the Aggregate Ownership Limit.
