Common use of Increase or decrease of Contracted Capacity Clause in Contracts

Increase or decrease of Contracted Capacity. (a) The User* may not increase or decrease the Contracted Capacity* at an existing Connection Point* to this Contract* unless the User* makes an application to Western Power* and Western Power* approves that application under the Applications and Queuing Policy*. (b) If the User* makes an application to Western Power* under clause 3.4, then Western Power* must process the application under the Applications and Queuing Policy*.

Increase or decrease of Contracted Capacity.
