Increased California and Nevada Funding in First 10 Years To make up the difference between the Arizona Permittees' reduced funding obligations under section 8.3.1 of this Agreement and Arizona Permittees’ full funding obligation for twenty-five percent (25%) of the Non-federal Cost Share, the Southern Nevada Water Authority and The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California shall fund, in equal share, fifteen percent (15%) of the Non-federal Cost Share during years 1 through 3 of the LCR MSCP and ten percent (10%) of the Non-federal Cost Share during years 4 through 10 of the LCR MSCP.
