Common use of Increased cost claims Clause in Contracts

Increased cost claims. If the Lender intends to make a claim pursuant to Clause 14.1 (Increased costs) the Lender shall promptly notify the Obligors of the event giving rise to the claim accompanied with a calculation setting out the increased costs.
