Increased cost claims. If the Lender intends to make a claim pursuant to Clause 12.1 above, it shall: 12.2.1. notify the Borrower of the event giving rise to the claim as soon as reasonably practicable; 12.2.2. upon request by the Borrower, provide to the Borrower a certificate confirming the amount of the Lender’s Increased Costs as soon as reasonably practicable.
