Increased Inflow into Upper Clause Samples
Increased Inflow into Upper. Klamath Lake. Increased inflow into Upper Klamath Lake will come from reductions of Net Consumptive Use of water used for irrigated agriculture in the Off-Project Area, allocated to particular WUP Regions (the WUP Regions are delineated in Exhibit B) as listed below and as presented in Exhibit C. These WUP Region Volumes will be achieved by the end of the Transition Period, as described in section 5, and then maintained permanently. The WUP Region Volumes, along with the Call Thresholds described in subsection 3.9 and 3.10, are among the expected benefits of the WUP to the Klamath Tribes and the United States. Those WUP Volumes are:
3.3.1. Upper ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ WUP Region Volume: 6,900 acre-feet;
3.3.2. Sycan WUP Region Volume: 1,050 acre-feet;
3.3.3. Lower ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ WUP Region Volume: 9,420 acre-feet;
3.3.4. Middle ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ WUP Region Volume: 330 acre-feet;
3.3.5. Lower ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ WUP Region Volume (including Modoc Point Irrigation District): 2,700 acre-feet; and.
3.3.6. Wood Valley WUP Region Volume: 9,600 acre-feet.
