Common use of Increased Security Deposit Clause in Contracts

Increased Security Deposit. Concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Amendment, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord the additional cash amount of $68,430.00, in order to increase the Security Deposit under the Lease to a total of $168,047.00.

Increased Security Deposit. Concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Amendment, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord the additional cash amount of $68,430.00137,793.00, in order to increase the Security Deposit under the Lease to a total of $168,047.00305,840.00. The language in the Basic Lease Information of the Original Lease regarding the “allocation” of the Security Deposit between the 11th and 12th Floors is hereby deleted, the parties acknowledging and agreeing that Landlord is entitled to use the entire Security Deposit pursuant to Section 4 of the Original Lease.

Concurrently with the Tenant's execution and delivery of this First Amendment, Tenant shall deliver to deposit with Landlord the an additional cash amount of $68,430.0090,713.13, in order to increase the for a total Security Deposit under the Lease to a total Lease, as amended herein, of $168,047.00301,035.89. Landlord shall continue to hold the Security Deposit, as increased herein, in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 21 of the Lease.
