Increases and Decreases in Capital Account. The Member’s Capital Account shall be increased by any additional capital contributions made by the Member to the Company (in the case of contributed property such increase shall equal the fair market value of such property net of liabilities secured by such property that the Company is considered to assume or take subject to under section 752 of the Code) and by the Net Profit (as defined in Section 4.3 hereof), and decreased by any money and the fair market value of any property distributed to such Member by the Company (net of liabilities secured by the distributed property that the Member is considered to assume or take subject to under section 752 of the Code) and by the Net Loss (as defined in Section 4.3 hereof).
