Common use of Increases in Capital Accounts Clause in Contracts

Increases in Capital Accounts. The capital account for each partner ----------------------------- shall be credited with or increased by the following: (1) The partner's initial capital contribution to the partnership; (2) Any additional capital contributions made by the partner from time to time as authorized by this agreement; (3) The partner's share under this agreement of the partnership's profits; and (4) On the partnership's dissolution and in its winding up, the credits authorized by the provisions of this agreement that relate to adjustments of capital accounts in connection with liquidation.
