Increases in the Invested Amount of an Existing Collateral Certificate. The Invested Amount of any Collateral Certificate conveyed to Chase Card Funding by Chase USA may be increased by Chase USA on any Business Day pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in Section 2.11 of the Transfer and Servicing Agreement.
