Increases of Revolving Commitments. The Borrower shall have the right during the term of this Agreement, upon at least fifteen Business Days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent, to increase the Aggregate Revolving Commitments at any time prior to the date that is six months prior to the Maturity Date, subject, however, in any such case, to satisfaction of the following conditions precedent:
