Incremental Commitments and/or Permitted Additional Equity. If the Subject Project is the fourth Project to become an Approved Project hereunder (other than in connection with the substitution of a Substitute Project for an Approved Project in accordance with Section 3.11), the aggregate amount of (a) Incremental Commitments plus (b) at the election of Borrower in its sole discretion, Permitted Additional Equity, as of March 31, 2002 and as of the Credit Event Date, shall be at least $625,000,000.
