Common use of Incremental Term Loan Cash Collateral Clause in Contracts

Incremental Term Loan Cash Collateral. (a) The Borrower shall, prior to the initial borrowing of any Incremental Term Loans, establish one or more Incremental Term Loan Cash Collateral Accounts and enter into one or more Account Control Agreements and shall thereafter maintain such Incremental Term Loan Cash Collateral Accounts and keep the Account Control Agreements in full force and effect at all times that any portion of the Incremental Term Loans shall remain outstanding.
