Common use of Incumbency Clause in Contracts

Incumbency. A certificate of the secretary or assistant secretary of each of the Borrower, the Equityholder and the Servicer certifying the names and true signatures of the officers authorized on its behalf to sign this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents to be delivered by it;

Incumbency. Incumbency. A certificate of the secretary or assistant secretary of each of the Borrower, the Equityholder and the Servicer certifying the names and true signatures of the officers authorized on its behalf to sign this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents to be delivered by it;

Incumbency. Incumbency. A certificate of the manager, director, secretary or assistant secretary of each of the Borrower, the Equityholder Equityholder, the Retention Holder and the Servicer certifying the names and true signatures of the officers authorized on its behalf to sign this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents to be delivered by it;

Incumbency. A certificate of the secretary or assistant secretary of each of the Borrower, the Equityholder and the Servicer certifying (i) the names and true signatures of the officers authorized on its behalf to sign this Agreement and (ii) as to the other Transaction Documents to be delivered by it;representations and warranties set forth in Section 3 of this Agreement.

A certificate of the secretary or assistant secretary of each of the Borrower, the Equityholder and the Servicer Proposed Securitization Subsidiary certifying the names and true signatures of the officers authorized on its behalf to sign this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents to be delivered by it;
