Common use of Incumbent Director Clause in Contracts

Incumbent Director. Each person who was a member of the Board on the Effective Date and, after the Effective Date, each director whose election or nomination for election by the Corporation’s stockholders was approved by a vote of at least a majority of the then Incumbent Directors.
