Incur Costs Without Approval. Pursuant to clause 16.26 of the Master Trust Deed, the Trustee may do such things, take such actions and incur such expenses without the consent of the Manager (including the appointment of advisers) as it believes necessary (acting reasonably) in determining whether a particular event under the Transaction Documents in relation to the Series Trust is having, or will have, an Adverse Effect where such determination is a necessary pre-condition for the Trustee to exercise its rights under any Transaction Documents.
