Indebtedness and Guaranty Obligations. Part A of Schedule 3.14 of the Disclosure Supplement is a complete and correct list of each credit agreement, loan agreement, indenture, note purchase agreement, guarantee, letter of credit or other arrangement (other than the Loan Documents) providing for or otherwise relating to any Indebtedness or any extension of credit (or commitment for any extension of credit) to, or Guarantee by, GEO or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries outstanding on the date hereof the aggregate principal or face amount of which equals or exceeds (or may equal or exceed) $5,000,000.
