Common use of Indebtedness and the Notes Defined Clause in Contracts

Indebtedness and the Notes Defined. All the above items of indebtedness described in subparagraphs (a) through (e) of Section 2.1 hereof are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Indebtedness".
