Common use of Indebtedness and the Notes Defined Clause in Contracts

Indebtedness and the Notes Defined. All the above items of indebtedness described in subparagraphs (a) through (e) of Section 2.1 hereof are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Indebtedness". Any promissory note evidencing any part of the Indebtedness, including, without limitation, any of the Loan Notes, is hereinafter referred to as a "Note", and all such promissory notes are hereinafter referred to collectively as the "Notes".
