Common use of Indebtedness Defined Clause in Contracts

Indebtedness Defined. All the above items of indebtedness described in subparagraphs (a) of Section 2.1 and subparagraphs (c) through (f) of Section 2.1 hereof in respect of the Priority Lien Debt, are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Priority Lien Indebtedness." And all the above items of indebtedness described in subparagraphs (b) of Section 2.1 and subparagraphs (c) through (f) of Section 2.1 hereof in respect of the Parity Lien Debt, are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parity Lien Indebtedness"; the Priority Lien Indebtedness and the Parity Lien Indebtedness are collectively referred to as the "Indebtedness".

Indebtedness Defined. All the above items of indebtedness described in subparagraphs (a) of Section 2.1 1.1 and subparagraphs (c) through (f) of Section 2.1 1.1 hereof in respect of the Priority Lien Debt, are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Priority Lien Indebtedness." And all the above items of indebtedness described in subparagraphs (b) of Section 2.1 1.1 and subparagraphs (c) through (f) of Section 2.1 1.1 hereof in respect of the Parity Lien Debt, are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parity Lien Indebtedness"; the Priority Lien Indebtedness and the Parity Lien Indebtedness are collectively referred to as the "Indebtedness".
