Indebtedness; Guarantees; Securities; Other Assets. It shall not incur, assume, suffer to exist or guarantee any indebtedness or other liabilities, or issue any securities, whether debt or equity, in each case other than (i) as expressly permitted by this Agreement and the other Facility Documents, (ii) obligations under its Constituent Documents, (iii) funding obligations under Collateral Obligations and Equity Obligations or (iv) pursuant to indemnification, expense reimbursement and similar provisions under the Related Documents. The Borrower shall not acquire any Collateral Obligations or other property other than as expressly permitted under the Facility Documents.
