Indebtedness; Guarantees; Securities; Other Assets. GDLC Feeder shall not incur or assume or guarantee any indebtedness for borrowed money, or issue any additional securities, whether debt or equity (other than the Capital Commitments of GDLC Feeder), in each case other than the Obligations pursuant to or as expressly permitted by this Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
