Common use of Indebtedness Insured Pursuant to National Housing Act Clause in Contracts

Indebtedness Insured Pursuant to National Housing Act. 15.1 All provisions of this Mortgage apply to Indebtedness insured by CMHC and if there is a conflict between the provisions of this Mortgage and this section 15, the following will prevail to the extent of the conflict: a. National Housing Act. National Housing Act applies to any portion of the Indebtedness insured by CMHC.
