Common use of Indebtedness/No Assumption Clause in Contracts

Indebtedness/No Assumption. Anything in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, the QI shall not be required to assume any Replacement Property Debt or to execute any promissory note or other evidence of indebtedness in connection with the acquisition of any Replacement Property, including any of the foregoing that would impose any personal liability on the QI for repayment of such obligation.
