Common use of Indebtedness Payments Clause in Contracts

Indebtedness Payments. Neither Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries shall (i) make any payment on the Subordinated Indebtedness; (ii) prepay, redeem, purchase, defease or otherwise satisfy in any manner prior to the scheduled repayment thereof any other Indebtedness for borrowed money (other than the Obligations) or lease obligations; (iii) amend, modify or otherwise change the subordination provisions of any Subordinated Indebtedness; or (iv) amend, modify or otherwise change the terms of any Subordinated Indebtedness or any other Indebtedness for borrowed money (other than the Obligations) or lease obligations so as to accelerate the scheduled repayment thereof.

Neither Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries shall (i) make any payment on the Subordinated Indebtedness other than scheduled payments of principal and interest on the RSA Subordinated Indebtedness; (ii) prepay, redeem, purchase, defease or otherwise satisfy in any manner prior to the scheduled repayment thereof any other Indebtedness for borrowed money (other than the Obligations) or lease obligations; (iii) amend, modify or otherwise change the subordination provisions of any Subordinated Indebtedness; or (iv) amend, modify or otherwise change the terms of any Subordinated Indebtedness or any other Indebtedness for borrowed money (other than the Obligations) or lease obligations so as to accelerate the scheduled repayment thereof.
