Indebtedness Proceeds Distributions. On each Distribution Date, the Trustee shall distribute pro rata to the Certificateholders from the Distribution Account— Indebtedness Proceeds, or direct the Agreed Bank in writing to distribute, the net proceeds of Permitted Indebtedness, if any, received and deposited into the Distribution Account— Indebtedness Proceeds during the related Collection Period.
