Indebtedness Refinancing Date Clause Samples

Indebtedness Refinancing Date. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that if the Indebtedness Refinancing Date shall not have occurred on or before September 30, 2014, the amendments to the Credit Agreement described in Sections 2(g), 5(b) and 5(d) hereof shall cease to be effective from and after such date unless the Agents and Required Lenders agree in writing to extend such date (which agreement may be given or withheld in the Agents’ and Required Lenders’ sole discretion).
