Common use of Indebtedness to and from Officers, etc Clause in Contracts

Indebtedness to and from Officers, etc. The GAS-twenty Vessel Owner will not be indebted, directly or indirectly, to any person who is an officer (save to the company secretary in respect of professional and transactional fees), director, stockholder or employee of the Seller or any spouse, child, or other relative or any affiliate of any such person, nor shall any such officer, director, stockholder, employee, relative or affiliate be indebted to the GAS-twenty Vessel Owner.

Indebtedness to and from Officers, etc. The GAS-twenty nineteen Vessel Owner will not be indebted, directly or indirectly, to any person who is an officer (save to the company secretary in respect of professional and transactional fees), director, stockholder or employee of the Seller or any spouse, child, or other relative or any affiliate of any such person, nor shall any such officer, director, stockholder, employee, relative or affiliate be indebted to the GAS-twenty nineteen Vessel Owner.
