Common use of Indebtedness to Officers, Directors and Stockholders Clause in Contracts

Indebtedness to Officers, Directors and Stockholders. Except as set forth on Schedule 3(m) attached hereto, neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries is indebted to any of such entity’s stockholders, officers or directors (or to members of their immediate families) in any amount whatsoever (including, without limitation, any deferred compensation or salaries payable).
