Common use of Indemnification and Contribution of Underwriters Clause in Contracts

Indemnification and Contribution of Underwriters. In connection with any underwritten offering contemplated by this Agreement which includes Registrable Securities, PRGX and all sellers of Registrable Securities included in any registration statement shall agree to customary provisions for indemnification and contribution (consistent with the other provisions of this Article VIII) in respect of losses, claims, damages, liabilities and expenses of the underwriters of such offering.

Indemnification and Contribution of Underwriters. In connection with any underwritten offering contemplated by this Agreement Addendum which includes Qualified Registrable Securities, PRGX the General Partner, and all sellers of Qualified Registrable Securities included in any registration statement shall will agree to customary provisions for indemnification and contribution (consistent with the other provisions of this Article VIII) Section 8) in respect of losses, claims, damages, liabilities and expenses of the underwriters of such offering.
