Indemnification and Defense Procedures. A Person which is entitled to be indemnified under Section 17.1 or 17.2 is herein referred to as an "Indemnitee" and the party which is obligated to indemnify an Indemnitee under Section 17.1 or 17.2 is herein referred to as the "Indemnitor" with respect to the matter for which it is obligated to indemnify such Indemnitee.
