Indemnification and Disclaimer of Liability. 6.3.1 The parties hereto acknowledge that the Charter Operator is not acting as the agent of, or under the direction and control of the BOARD, except as required by law or this Agreement and that the BOARD does not assume liability for any loss or injury resulting from the acts or omissions of the Charter Operator, its directors, trustees, agents, or employees.
