Indemnification by Ashford Trust. Except as provided in Section 9.4 and Section 9.5, Ashford Trust and Ashford Trust OP shall, and shall cause each Appropriate Member of the Ashford Trust Group to, jointly and severally indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Ashford Inc.
