Common use of Indemnification by CCHN Clause in Contracts

Indemnification by CCHN. CCHN agrees to indemnify and hold harmless (and at Provider’s or Health Plan’s request (as applicable) defend) Company, Provider, Contracted Providers and each of their respective officers, directors, agents and employees from and against any and all Losses arising from or relating to any negligence, wrongful act or omission or breach of this Agreement by CCHN or its directors, officers, agents or employees, whether in connection with the performance of its obligations under Section 8.2 or otherwise.
