Indemnification by Coach. The Coach agrees to indemnify the Company from any claim made by a third party that arises directly or indirectly because he/she has: (a) violated the Agreement; or (b) made claims or given instructions about the products which are not included in the Company’s current approved literature, warnings, or product labels.
