Indemnification by Doctor. Doctor does hereby indemnify, hold harmless, and agrees to defend Company and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, obligations, demands, causes of action, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees (collectively "Claims") arising out of or connected with the negligence or fault of Doctor, its employees, agents, contractors or Doctor's performance of its obligations hereunder.
