Indemnification by Government in Lieu of Insurance. Notwithstanding any provisions of this Article VI requiring insurance, the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders agrees to accept, in lieu of insurance against any risk with respect to the Aircraft, indemnification from, or insurance provided by, the government of the United States of America or any agency or instrumentality thereof the obligations of which are supported by the full faith and credit of the government of the United States of America, against such risk in an amount which, when added to the amount of insurance against such risk maintained by the Borrower shall be at least equal to the amount of insurance against such risk otherwise required by this Article VI (taking into account self insurance permitted by Section 6.04
